How Dance Changes People’s Lives

   Dance can show how people feel. Dance helps people who are having a hard time in their life and difficult time finding what they want to do in their life. Dance shows emotion that words might not be able to. There are many different styles in dance. Contemporary, emotion, jazz, tap, ballet, ballroom, and many more. The top three styles are hip hop, lyrical, and freestyle. 

   Studies show that dance can be very helpful to the human mind. A high ratio of people dance for fun, some for scholarships, or physical fitness. Most have Dance allows people to be more active, socialize and develop creative and physical skills. Just a few of the benefits increased exercise dancing can give you are; reduced stress levels, improved relaxation, stronger bones & muscles, weight control and a healthier brain!” Integrity Dance Center, Winter Springs, Florida. 

    There are many ways dance helps people, the best way is by reducing stress levels. With stress levels being high in 2021, people have started dancing. They dance to express what words with never be complete. Stress levels lower by letting everything go, emotions, problems, insecurities, stress. 

    When people take dance seriously, they earn scholarships, get into prestigious schools, like Juilliard or SAB in New York City. Juilliard has been in New York since 1905 and is located in the Lincoln Center Plaza. SAB otherwise know as School of American Ballet, was founded in 1934. It is also located in The Lincoln Center Plaza, the address is 70 Lincoln Center Plaza and Juilliard’s address is 60 Lincoln Center Plaza. 

    Dance changes people, in good ways. When people are depressed or angry and don’t want to tell others, they express their feelings by dancing. There is a lot of stress in the world, some just deal with it but others dance until they can’t think about their stress.
