Welcome, readers, to the first edition of the Eagle Editorial, the school newspaper at Centennial Junior High School. This student-run publication will update multiple times a quarter to bring informative, intriguing, and fun content for CJHS students, staff, parents, and community members.

We want to shine a light on campus heroes of all varieties and keep the student body up-to-date on all things Eagle related. In addition to articles and photography, stay tuned for video content, polls, games, giveaways, and more.

The Eagle Editorial is an interactive site. To contribute your voice, all you have to do is read articles, leave (school appropriate) comments, highlight your favorite passages, engage in polls, surveys, and share via social media. All are welcome to submit their writings, so if you have a passion you’d like to share, a news item you feel is noteworthy, or a photo essay you’d like everyone to see, send it to us.

Of course, any great newspaper is only as good as its readership. That’s where you come in. In each issue, the staff of the Eagle Editorial promises to publish information we hope you enjoy, so we would love to hear from you.
