So, over quarantine were you ever bored? Looking for something to do, anything to do instead of hanging out with your annoying family, seeking entertainment? And you’re like, hey! Lets go to a movie! I know for a fact this happened to me multiple times, then I realized… they’re not making movies right now, and the only thing that theaters are showing now are old, boring movies. Well, now that we’re out of quarantine, they are finally producing some films! This is a list of movies that may interest you!!

First, we’ll start with the new release “The Witches.” This new film is rated PG, Fantasy/Comedy, Timing out at one hour, 46 minutes. In late 1967, a young orphaned boy goes to live with his loving grandma in the rural Alabama town of Demopolis. As the boy and his grandmother encounter some deceptively glamorous but thoroughly diabolical witches, she wisely whisks him away to a seaside resort. Regrettably, they arrive at precisely the same time that the world’s Grand High Witch has gathered her fellow cronies from around the globe — under cover — to carry out her nefarious plans. This movie comes out October, 22, 2020.

Next, Let’s dive into the new film, “The War with Grandpa.” This movie is rated PG, categorized as a comedy/Family film, and has a time of two hours and 21 minutes. In it, Peter and his grandpa used to be very close, but when Grandpa Jack moves in with the family, Peter is forced to give up his most prized possession: his bedroom. Peter will stop at nothing to get his room back, scheming with friends to devise a series of pranks to drive him out. However, grandpa doesn’t give up easily, and it turns into an all-out war between the two. Comes to theaters on October ninth, 2020.

The next movie we’ll discuss looks very appealing to me, titled, “Love and Monsters”.   It is rated PG-13, and has a length of 1 hour, 49 minutes. In this apocalyptic/post apocalyptic film, seven years after the Monsterpocalypse, Joel Dawson, along with the rest of humanity, has been living underground ever since giant creatures took control of the land. After reconnecting over the radio with his high school girlfriend, Aimee, who is now 80 miles away at a coastal colony, Joel begins to fall for her again. As Joel realizes that there’s nothing left for him underground, he decides to venture out to Aimee, despite all the dangerous monsters that stand in his way.

Hope you enjoyed these film recommendations, now go watch a movie!!!
